My work “Para Além da Forma” is a fusion between the planned portrait and the documentary, a mixture of the visible and the invisible, by providing queer people with a space where they have the freedom to express themselves as they choose, so that they can free themselves from the categories and stereotypes that are attributed to them on a daily basis for expressing themselves in a way that defies heteronormativity. This project also aims to remove the sexual connotation associated with queer naked bodies, so often used as an argument against the Community.
